V. COUTINHO does not undertake to store customer data after the deadlines for renewal of its services have been exceeded and / or termination of the contract has not been provided, V. COUTINHO will not be able to assess with certainty whether or not the client intends to remain registered as an V. COUTINHO customer.

If it is in the best interest of the customer to no longer be contacted by V. COUTINHO and that V. COUTINHO should no longer store your data, you must expressly request the deletion of your data from our databases. For questions regarding the processing of your personal data, you may contact V. 3 – Security and use of your information

V. COUTINHO undertakes not to sell or rent or transmit or under any other title, to third parties any personal data sent by users, without prejudice to doing so with the authorization of the user or when legally obliged.

V. COUTINHO ensures that, to the best of its knowledge and belief, appropriate technical measures have been taken and organized to protect personal data against unauthorized accidental or illegal destruction, alteration and/or dissemination of personal data.
